Panel Board Holding has its head office in The Hague, The Netherlands. It holds an exclusive worldwide production license agreement with the Alberta Innovates Technology Futures Center of Edmonton, Canada, for production and sales of “Oriented Structural Straw Board”(OSSB). 

The Chinese headquarter, Leenderson, has its Sales & Marketing Department in Beijing and the first OSSB production unit is located in Yangling (about 100km west of Xi’an), Shaanxi.

By using Agri Fiber to create buildings out of OSSB Panel Boards, Leenderson is building earthquake-resistant low cost housing, using OSSB in combination with Light Gauge Steel (LGS) and western construction methods, while at the same time generating a new source of income for Chinese farmers and significantly contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions by avoiding the burning of the straw, as well as reducing the production of bricks and cement. All these aspects and the strong unique product parameters of OSSB do create a strong platform for The Low Carbon Economy.
